You will see, using Martial Arts techniques, how we set the children up for success. With a lot of children playing more video games than actually participating in events our Karate for Concentration Workshop will help them refocus and re-establish their goal setting abilities.
Having a Physically fit body will help them to stay focused and alert during school, give them the confidence to say "no" to un-healthy pier pressure, and excel at other events they are a part of.
